By reflecting on and analysing the information gathered in the previous stage, we can fully define the parameters of your project. This will take the form of a project statement, which articulates the core problems that need addressing, and lays out a road map for their resolution during the later stages of the process.
All associated project costs will also be clearly mapped out and agreed at this stage. Our approach has the flexibility to deliver successful, value-adding outcomes to any budget.
Envision.
Once the project statement is defined and agreed with you, we start the creative process of generating ideas for how to deliver successful outcomes for you.
We will think innovatively and pragmatically about how to fulfil the needs of your project.
Preliminary ideas will be sketched out for your consideration, with the most attractive ideas being taken forward to implementation.
Implement.
The strongest ideas will progress to the implementation stage, where they are developed from concept to reality.
We constantly refer back to the original project statement, to ensure that all progress is consistent with your aims, thereby moving us positively
towards success.
Test.
As we progress through the implementation stage, we will continue to engage with you and seek feedback.
This provides you with full transparency on development and gives you the opportunity to fine-tune progress towards an outcome that fulfils the original brief and meets, if not exceeds, your expectations.
Deliver.
A project is considered complete and delivered once the client is fully happy that our solution meets the original brief.
